I can't say enough great things about RoofER. From start to finish both Oliver and Mike were awesome and very easy to work with. I received a couple other estimates but Oliver was the first to mention that my roof had some wind and hale damage and that it might be possible for my insurance to cover the cost of a new roof. He was absolutely correct and because of his knowledge and expertise he was able to save me thousands of dollars. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. They kept me informed on how things were going and were very responsive whenever I had questions. They did a fabulous job and the new Roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.

RoofER folks were straight forward in their initial presentation. They came through with all they proposed. They were patient waiting for our mortgage company to process the check from our insurance company (USAA), which covered all replacement expenses. RoofER offered some upgrades that we accepted. The work they did on the roof and aluminum trim was fast and efficient; all done in one day. Clean up was thorough and Mike Harvey even went around the house and yard twice with this huge magnet to ensure any stray nails were picked up. Overall, an excellent job and pleasant people with whom to work.

Our first meeting with Oliver Brown went so well, that we felt very comfortable in hiring ROOF-ER to handle this major undertaking. Our key priorities were to work with a contractor who: -- Was experienced and who would represent our interests when dealing with the insurance company and their claims adjuster. -- Clearly defined the scope of the work, and who provided proper credentials, a written and detailed estimate, and a line item contract. -- Set a timeline for each aspect of the job including: delivery of materials, start date and completion date.
